The US company VIASYS Healthcare Inc. has acquired the assets of the Icelandic neurodiagnostic company Taugagreining founded in 1987. Taugagreining designs and sells electroencephalography (EEG) technology for the diagnosis and monitoring of neurological function. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
